1. Returns & Refunds

No Returns / Refunds for Preference-Based Reasons

Returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

Change of mind

Personal preference

Dislike of colour, fit, print, or design

Difference in expectations due to photography, lighting, or screen settings

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional cases where there is a verified issue from our end, such as:

Incorrect product delivered

Major manufacturing defect

Product received in damaged condition

All refund requests are subject to verification through images/videos and internal review.

2. Exchanges

Size Exchange

We offer size exchanges only (subject to availability).

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

The same article will be exchanged in the requested size wherever available

Alternate Article Exchange

If the requested size or article is unavailable, Elysia may offer exchange against another

article of equal or similar value.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for exchange:

Product must be unused and unwashed

Original tags must remain attached

Product should be returned with original packaging intact

Exchange Shipping Charges

A flat exchange shipping fee of ₹99 will apply for every approved exchange request
